- Given the fact that John Schlitt joined the band in early 1986 and Mark Kelly left the band in mid-1987, it is most likely that this tape was released in December 1986.
- The tape comes in a cardboard shipping box with a stamp with the label's address and a sticker with the radio station it was sent to. It has a handwritten note saying that it is "dated material" and was sent using a UPS 2nd Day Air Service.
