- The first pressing consists of 5,000 copies. The first 1,000 of these were signed and were sold at the DVD recording concert on 20-November-2010 in Nashville, TN. The remaining 4,000 copies were for sale at classicpetramerch.com and petramerchandise.com. The retail edition of the CD was released on 25-January-2011 and is distributed by P-ID Blue (a label of Provident-Integrity Distribution).

It was announced that the first 1,000 copies of this limited edition first pressing would be signed. All the signed copies were sold at the DVD recording concert on 20-November-2010. Some signed inserts were sent to those who were not able to attend the concert and were expecting the first 1,000 orders from the website to be signed. This is one of those inserts. |
