Heb 12:2 Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
As we approach the beginning of a new millennium it has never been more important for us to keep our eyes fixed on Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of our faith. This is the message behind Petra's newest recording, God Fixation. This album represents months of prayer and hard work but it has been a tremendous labor of love. The unity and dedication of the band were evident through the entire recording process and we feel strongly that the music reflects this unity. The Christian life is one of trials and disappointments as well as victories and joy and as you listen you will hear the honesty of less than perfect men attempting to share a living faith in a loving God. These Bible studies are to give further thought on the messages in the songs and we hope you will find them edifying and inspiring and most of all we pray they will help you keep your eyes fixed on Jesus.
